LEGÉRIO® - Легкий ячеистый бетон

LEGÉRIO® is formulated with selected expanded polystyrene, which provides high thermal insulating power and low specific weight compared to ordinary concrete with a weight of approximately 2,400 kg/m3.‎ Thanks to its characteristics, it can be pumped and processed easily and quickly, making it suitable for numerous applications.‎ The versatility of LEGÉRIO® concrete is also linked to the possibility of varying some of its characteristics according to the most diverse requirements.‎ For example, the compressive strength can be varied from 1 to 10 N/mm2 and the density from approx.‎ 400 - 600 kg/m3 to 1000 kg/m3.‎ Applications LEGÉRIO® is specific for all uses with requirements for mechanical resistance that are not high but need thermal insulation with performance similar to that of pure insulation.‎ Examples: - insulation of floors, roofs and terraces - lightened fillings of interstices - protection of pipes - fireproof coatings Advantages - high thermal insulation power, constant over time - negligible water absorption - simple and quick to lay and install even with normal construction site equipment - good fire resistance - dimensional stability - good mechanical strength - low static load effects on structure
