OPTÌMIO® XF1 - Due to their physical properties, concretes manufactured to exposure class XF1 are recommended for the construction of external vertical structural elements such as walls, facades, pillars and piers of bridges and viaducts and, in addition, for non-vertical surfaces including slabs, chutes and protected or covered car parks.‎ Suitable environments All environments characterised by moderate water saturation, in the absence of de-icing salts.‎ Examples: - Concrete with vertical surfaces exposed to rain and frost - Concrete with non-vertical surfaces not subject to complete saturation, but exposed to frost, rain or water Pre-mixed structural concrete.‎
