ROCKWOOL ITALIA - Rockacier C Soudable

Rockacier C Soudable is a rigid, high-density rock wool panel with high compressive strength, coated on one side with a layer of bitumen, for the thermal and acoustic insulation of flat roofs (warm roofs).‎ Application The product is recommended for applications where waterproofing is achieved with bituminous membranes.‎ The bitumen coating, with a hot-melt polypropylene film on the surface, allows the membrane to be torch-bonded directly onto it.‎ Benefits Thermal performance: The combination of thermal conductivity and high density ensures excellent living comfort, especially during the summer.‎ Mechanical properties: The panel's high compressive strength ensures optimal walkability during installation and maintenance.‎ Coating: The bitumen layer is specifically designed for the torch-bonded application of bituminous membranes.‎ Dimensional stability: The panel does not undergo changes in size or performance as a result of changes in ambient temperature and humidity.‎ Acoustic properties: the open-cell structure of rock wool helps improve the soundproofing performance of the roof in which the panel is installed.‎
