The Lineo Quiet 200 is a soundproofed ducted centrifugal fan.‎ Features Construction of fire-resistant plastic resin, class E2, according to ISO EN 11925-2:2010, in the areas surrounding the motor and electrical components.‎ The casing incorporates a sound-absorbing lining, optimized to minimize noise emissions radiated into the room and transmitted through the intake and outlet ducts.‎ Nominal diameter: 200 mm.‎ Induction motor, thermally protected, with shaft mounted on ball bearings, combined with a centrifugal impeller.‎ High water resistance: IPX5 (when installed in a duct).‎ Speed ​​controllable via Vortice control devices.‎ The LINEO QUIET series duct fans are characterized by low noise emissions and silence, high performance (best in class), high efficiency, fully compliant with the requirements of the current Ecodesign Regulations for both the ES range (equipped with brushless EC motors) and the AC range, and the absence of penalties related to maintenance interventions.‎ The solutions developed, which demonstrate the know-how acquired and the production technologies developed by VORTICE, materialized in 2019 with the filing of the Italian Invention Patent, have now been officially recognized internationally with the validation of European Patent No.‎ 4065848 in numerous countries including: Belgium, Germany, Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Turkey and Patent No.‎ 290913 in Israel.‎ Among the distinctive features of the LINEO QUIET range are the noise attenuation system (integrated into the casing), the meticulously designed internal fluid dynamics, and the aerodynamic optimization of the impellers.‎ The LINEO QUIET range consists of 19 models, powered by AC and EC motors (ES models), with nominal diameters ranging from 100 to 315 mm and maximum flow rates approaching 3,000 m3/h.‎ Designed for installation within ventilation ducts, the LINEO QUIET series models boast proportionally compact radial dimensions, facilitating installation even in limited spaces, such as false ceilings or shafts.‎ The ability to vary the motor speed, choosing the most suitable one from among those available or optimizing it using adjustment devices, allows the performance delivered to be adapted to actual needs.‎ The high (IPX5) water protection rating increases installation flexibility.‎ The fire-resistant (E2 class) and corrosion-resistant plastic resin casings, combined with the high continuous operating temperature (60°C), make them suitable for use in industrial environments.‎ Last but not least, the LINEO QUIET's motor, impeller, and electrical and electronic components can be accessed without altering the upstream and downstream duct connections.‎ This, without compromising functionality and soundproofing, facilitates maintenance and drastically reduces operating costs.‎
