Bacchi GASBETON® EVOLUTION

EVOLUTION  The block for sound-insulating, fire-resistant internal partitions and for load-bearing external masonry in non-seismic zones.‎ EVOLUTION is an innovative product that has anticipated the performance required by today's building regulations in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation, mechanical resistance and fire resistance with an eye to tomorrow.‎  EVOLUTION can be used for internal partitions and for external infill and also load-bearing masonry (in Zone 4).‎ EVOLUTION with a dry density of 480 kg/m³ offers stationary thermal transmittances of less than 0.‎3 W/m²K and periodic thermal transmittances of less than 0.‎12 W/m²K to meet regulatory requirements in all climate zones, and guarantees excellent acoustic insulation performance.‎ Gasbeton® is a cellular concrete building system produced from natural raw materials, and therefore sustainable, and with a low environmental impact production cycle.‎ It is a light product, easy to work with and, in line with EU policies on energy and the environment, guarantees excellent performance in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation, mechanical resistance and fire resistance .‎ By varying the density, it is possible to create highly insulating blocks (low density) and very resistant blocks (high density).‎ The range therefore includes blocks to suit all requirements.‎ EVOLUTION can be used for internal partitions, for large fire-resistant masonry, or for infill masonry, even with a load-bearing function in low seismic zones, ENERGY is suitable for single-layer infill masonry that does not require a thermal coat, SYSMIC allows ordinary load-bearing masonry to be built even in areas of high seismicity, ACTIVE, which is lightweight and strong, offers excellent performance in both winter and summer for external masonry in nzeb and passive buildings without the addition of thermal coats.‎ The system is completed by ARCHITRAVI, special CANALETTA and FORATO blocks, adhesives and levelling compounds.‎
