ACTIVE Super-insulating block, very light and strong, offering excellent performance in both winter and summer for external masonry in nzeb and passive buildings without the addition of thermal coats.‎ The new line of GASBETON® ACTIVE blocks offers the best thermal insulation performance in the single-layer masonry market to date.‎ This result has been achieved thanks to the reduction in density to 300 kg/m3, which has made it possible to obtain an excellent dry thermal conductivity value of 0.‎070 W/mK, while maintaining all the valuable characteristics typical of autoclaved aerated concrete, a true eco-sustainable material, resistant to fire, earthquakes and noise.‎ GASBETON® ACTIVE boasts an extremely versatile range of formats which, thanks to thicknesses of up to 50 cm, makes it possible to offer a single-layer solution to those who want to achieve nZEB or passive house performance without adding a thermal coat.‎ Moreover, thanks to its lower thicknesses, it allows for thermally efficient solutions with ventilated façades or exposed bricks, without resorting to cavity insulation and limiting the overall dimensions of the wall package.‎ Gasbeton® is a cellular concrete building system produced from natural raw materials, and therefore sustainable, and with a low environmental impact production cycle.‎ It is a light product, easy to work with and, in line with EU policies on energy and the environment, guarantees excellent performance in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation, mechanical resistance and fire resistance .‎ By varying the density, it is possible to create highly insulating blocks (low density) and very resistant blocks (high density).‎ The range therefore includes blocks to suit all requirements.‎ EVOLUTION can be used for internal partitions, for large fire-resistant masonry, or for infill masonry, even with a load-bearing function in low seismic zones, ENERGY is suitable for single-layer infill masonry that does not require a thermal coat, SYSMIC allows ordinary load-bearing masonry to be built even in areas of high seismicity, ACTIVE, which is lightweight and strong, offers excellent performance in both winter and summer for external masonry in nzeb and passive buildings without the addition of thermal coats.‎ The system is completed by ARCHITRAVI, special CANALETTA and FORATO blocks, adhesives and levelling compounds.‎
