To ensure a complete construction system, the production range includes: GASBETON® LINTEL Lintels are prefabricated and reinforced cellular concrete elements with thicknesses between 7.‎5 cm and 25 cm and lengths between 120 cm and 300 cm.‎ GASBETON® GUTTER BLOCK EVOLUTION The channel block is a block made of cellular concrete with the same mix as the Evolution block.‎ Suitably reinforced, it makes it possible to create reinforced lintels and cast-in-place horizontal stiffening kerbs, minimising thermal bridges and guaranteeing a homogeneous construction.‎ GASBETON® EVOLUTION PERFORATED BLOCK The perforated block is a block made of cellular concrete with the same mixture as the Evolution block.‎ With the insertion of appropriate reinforcement, it makes it possible to create vertical stiffeners within the masonry or pillars, minimising thermal bridges and guaranteeing a homogeneous construction.‎ Gasbeton® is a cellular concrete building system produced from natural raw materials, and therefore sustainable, and with a low environmental impact production cycle.‎ It is a light product, easy to work with and, in line with EU policies on energy and the environment, guarantees excellent performance in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation, mechanical resistance and fire resistance .‎ By varying the density, it is possible to create highly insulating blocks (low density) and very resistant blocks (high density).‎ The range therefore includes blocks to suit all requirements.‎ EVOLUTION can be used for internal partitions, for large fire-resistant masonry, or for infill masonry, even with a load-bearing function in low seismic zones, ENERGY is suitable for single-layer infill masonry that does not require a thermal coat, SYSMIC allows ordinary load-bearing masonry to be built even in areas of high seismicity, ACTIVE, which is lightweight and strong, offers excellent performance in both winter and summer for external masonry in nzeb and passive buildings without the addition of thermal coats.‎ The system is completed by ARCHITRAVI, special CANALETTA and FORATO blocks, adhesives and levelling compounds.‎
