CalleaDesign ONYX Wall-mounted MDF clock

ONYX constructs time through a play of solids, voids and numerals that seem to emerge from the wall.‎ The central dial is surrounded by shaped elements and geometric openings that visually expand the composition beyond its core.‎ The different levels create depth and make numerals and structure appear suspended on separate planes.‎ The contrast between surfaces, finishes and reliefs reinforces the three-dimensional character of the object and changes its presence as the light shifts.‎ The reading of time remains concentrated at the centre, while everything around it builds a more graphic and spatial dimension.‎ ONYX thus transforms the dial into an open composition in which time seems to surface between matter and void.‎ Further info from manufacturer on ONYX CalleaDesign
