WAVES translates the passing of time into a sequence of curved lines, turning the dial into a continuous visual rhythm.‎ The elements overlap like concentric waves and build a layered surface in which depth and movement seem to spread from the centre outward.‎ The hour sequence is integrated into the design and remains present without interrupting the fluidity of the composition.‎ Colour can emphasise the succession of levels or create a softer, more tonal transition between the different surfaces.‎ Light meets the curves and continuously changes their perception, accentuating the sense of movement despite the stillness of the object.‎ WAVES is born from the encounter between rhythm, depth and fluidity, making time resemble a wave passing through space.‎ Further info from manufacturer on WAVES CalleaDesign
