Lamborghini CaloreClima IDOLA ST 3.2 - Тепловой насос
New range of split-type Full Inverter heat pumps with environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant gas.
The range includes an Outdoor Unit housing the core of the refrigeration circuit—from the compressor to the fan with the air-side heat exchanger—connected via refrigerant piping to the Indoor Unit.
The Indoor Unit contains the hydraulic core of the generator with all main components pre-installed, such as the high-efficiency circulator and the expansion vessel, allowing for safe, practical, and fast installation.
The Indoor Unit is also equipped with an electric backup heater, rated at 3 kW for single-phase models and 6 kW for three-phase models. The IDOLA ST 3.2 units differ from the IDOLA S 3.2 models by including a domestic hot water (DHW) storage tank built directly into the Indoor Unit.
Models from size 4 to 10 are equipped with a 190 L tank, while sizes 12 to 16T come with a 240 L tank. This tank can be supplemented with an electric heater (optional accessory) or connected to a solar thermal system (not supplied).
The split installation also brings the undeniable advantage of eliminating any risk of freezing, even in extremely cold temperatures (down to -25°C) and during power outages—unlike electric antifreeze heaters used in external monobloc units. All units meet the most demanding winter and summer climate control requirements for small and medium-capacity systems. They can produce hot water up to 65°C, making them suitable for virtually any heating system, whether underfloor, fan coil, or radiator-based.
Lamborghini CaloreClima’s new Full Inverter concept applies DC inverter modulation to the three main energy-consuming components—compressor, fan, and pump. This allows precise modulation of power output to closely match thermal demand, offering exceptionally high efficiency and significant energy savings for the user.
In addition, the Full Inverter concept minimizes inrush currents, avoiding electrical surges and ensuring a longer lifespan for the components. With some of the lowest noise levels on the market, the system can operate as the sole heat generator or be integrated with other sources, such as a boiler (see our Factory-Made Hybrid solutions for more information).
Optional warranty extension up to 5 years.
THE CONTROL SYSTEM
The multilingual user interface features Capsense technology and a 2.8” graphic display, enabling the user to interact with the product in a smooth and intuitive way. The onboard interface communicates seamlessly with the new intelligent Connect CRP systems, capable of managing up to 8 thermostats (7 Connect Evo Zones + 1 Connect CRP with full chronothermostat functions), divided into 2 zones—one direct and one mixed.
MODBUS PROTOCOL
For smart management via an external BMS system.
HEATING AND COOLING with the heat pump as the only generator
Full Inverter modulation maintains the desired setpoints in both heating and cooling, optimizing energy consumption for the user. The built-in climate curve settings improve comfort and further reduce consumption.
DOMESTIC HOT WATER (DHW) PRODUCTION
When the DHW temperature sensor falls below a certain threshold, the system switches to DHW mode, activating heating with a dedicated setpoint and redirecting energy to the integrated DHW tank.
ADDITIONAL ENERGY SOURCES (boiler or electric heater)
The heat pump can activate these additional sources either as integration or replacement, based on user-defined parameters. These sources can also be triggered in emergency mode if the heat pump is not functioning properly.
SMART GRID INPUT FROM PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM AND POWER GRID
The unit is equipped with two digital inputs for signals from a photovoltaic system and the power grid. These Smart Grid contacts help optimize energy consumption and reduce energy bills. The first contact (EVU) signals when the photovoltaic system is generating power, prompting the heat pump to raise the DHW setpoint to maximize self-consumption (where the user benefits most). The grid input (SG) notifies the heat pump when energy costs are higher (if supported by the utility provider), allowing the unit to limit operation according to user-defined settings. For detailed configuration, please refer to the user manuals.
REMOTE CONTROL VIA APP
Available for iOS and Android with the optional Connect CRP.
DHW TANK ELECTRIC HEATER
In DHW mode, the unit manages an electric heater in the tank for integration, anti-legionella protection, or as a backup energy source in the event of a fault.
FAST DHW
This function prioritizes DHW production by activating all available energy sources to bring the tank to setpoint temperature as quickly as possible.
ANTI-LEGIONELLA FUNCTION
Allows weekly anti-legionella cycles to be programmed. Proper operation requires either an integrated boiler or an electric heater in the DHW tank.
SILENT MODE
When activated, this mode reduces the compressor’s maximum frequency and fan speed to significantly lower noise emissions. Two levels are available and can be scheduled in daily time slots (e.g. nighttime).
ON/OFF VIA EXTERNAL CONTACT
The unit can be turned on and off through an external contact (e.g. zone thermostat). In this case, the operating mode follows the controller’s settings.
HEATING/COOLING SWITCHING VIA EXTERNAL CONTACTS
The unit can receive a summer/winter mode signal from an external source (e.g. a zone thermostat).
ECO MODE
Dedicated setpoint for Eco operation, also programmable by time slots.
WEEKLY SCHEDULING
The optional Connect CRP allows differentiated scheduling for each day of the week, defining for each time slot the desired mode (COOLING/HEATING/DHW) and setpoint.
ANTIFREEZE PROTECTION
Achieved through heating operation of the heat pump with circulator ON and, if present, the electric booster.
