High-power condensing thermal generator with a modulation range of up to 1:40.‎ Designed for installation in a boiler room or in unprotected outdoor environments.‎ The heat exchange module consists of a bank of aluminium-silicon alloy elements engineered to ensure maximum heat transfer efficiency and low pressure losses in the water circuit.‎ Each individual element is equipped with its own circulation pump and burner.‎ The combustion units are of the fully premixed type, with micro-flame burners that guarantee ultra-low pollutant emissions (Class 6 according to EN 15502-1).‎ The generator can operate with natural gas (methane) or LPG.‎ Generator protection systems include: Dual temperature sensors (flow and return) for constant ΔT operation (adjustable from 0 to 60°C) Flue gas safety sensor Water pressure switch with a minimum threshold of 0.‎8 bar Hydraulic module with a three-way shut-off valve for atmospheric discharge on the return circuit and a non-return valve on the flow line.‎ Air/flue circuit with local air intake and non-return flap valve for flue gases, allowing for pressurized flue manifold sizing.‎ Four robust swivelling wheels are included as standard to facilitate unloading and movement within the boiler room.‎ All wheels feature locking and height adjustment mechanisms.‎ TITAN is designed for installation both indoors and outdoors, even without any protection against weather conditions.‎ It can be connected to the system from either the right or left side and is delivered complete with blind flanges.‎ The electronic control system supplied as standard with TITAN can: Configure the ignition and shutdown sequence of each individual thermal module Manage a heating system with two direct zones or one direct zone plus DHW storage Regulate output power or temperature via a 0–10 V signal Send a remote signal in case of safety lockouts Restore normal operation remotely When combined with the THETA+ temperature control kit, the system can also: Manage up to eight generators in cascade Control a system with three heating circuits (two mixed and one direct) Handle DHW production with an external storage tank Integrate a second energy source (such as solar thermal or biomass).‎ Further info from manufacturer on TITAN Lamborghini CaloreClima
