LECABLOCCO BIOCLIMA is the concrete product lightened with Leca expanded clay in which the density of the mix (850-1000 kg/m3), the percentage of perforation (less than 30%), the shape and the arrangement of the air chambers are designed to give the masonry high bioclimatic characteristics, i.‎e: - Thermal insulation - Thermal inertia - Healthiness - Breathability of the wall - Acoustic insulation - Fire resistance - Low radon and radionuclide emissions Fields of use Thanks to the lightness of the concrete (850-1000 kg/m3) and by exploiting the improved contribution of the thermal inertia characteristics, LECABLOCCO BIOCLIMA allows for the construction of walls with diffuse insulation, and in particular - Infill walls on façades in compliance with surface mass requirements (s ≥ 25 cm).‎ - Infill walls on façades in compliance with acoustic regulations (DPCM 5/12/1997); - Internal/external facing of double walls; - Load-bearing walls in non-seismic areas (s ≥ 25 cm);
