LECABLOCCO FONOISOLANTE
LECABLOCCO FONOISOLANTE is a concrete product lightened with Leca expanded clay designed to achieve high sound insulation values in single-layer partition walls.
Characteristics and performance:
LECABLOCCO FONOISOLANTE is a Leca expanded clay concrete product with a density (between 1200 and 1400 kg/m3), granulometric composition of the mix, the shape and arrangement of the chambers and the percentage of perforation have been studied to guarantee high soundproofing characteristics.
Laboratory tests, carried out at the I.E.N. Galileo Ferraris in Turin (now I.N.R.I.M.) but, above all, the numerous on-site tests carried out in collaboration with the University of Ferrara and the University of Florence have shown that LECABLOCCO FONOISOLANTE partition walls allow the strict soundproofing limits set by the Prime Minister's Decree of 5 December 1997 to be respected.
Furthermore, LECABLOCCO FONOISOLANTE partition walls (with block thickness ≥ 25 cm) comply with the thermal transmittance limit envisaged by Decree 26/6/2015 "Minimum requirements" for partition walls between different living units (U = 0.8 W/m2K).
LECABLOCCO FONOISOLANTE is an element of Quality because:
it is produced by companies with a Quality System certified by an accredited body according to UNI EN ISO 9001 standards;
it is a block with CE Marking in accordance with UNI EN 771-3;
it has a Product Quality Mark "LecaBlocco Certified Quality" according to the specifications set by ANPEL and verified through controls and inspections by a special control body.
Fields of use
Thanks to its high acoustic insulation, mechanical resistance, fire resistance, low radon emissions and good thermal insulation characteristics, LECABLOCCO FONOISOLANTE can be used to build
infill or load-bearing walls
partition walls between different building units with thermal and acoustic insulation values in accordance with the law;
external walls with sound insulation values exceeding legal limits.
