PERALIT® POR are pre-coupled panels made up of Peralit BOARD® e PERALIT® POR expanded perlite-based panel and expanded polystyrene panel for thermal insulation on roofs.‎ Peralit Por V Peralit Por S are thermal insulation, pre-coupled and battened panels for use on flat and sloping roofs.‎ The pre-coupling of Peralit >Board panels with a sintered expanded polystyrene sheet in different thicknesses makes it possible to create a low-cost panel that can be applied in a single laying cycle and that makes it possible to fully exploit the thermal and mechanical performance of the Peralit Board panel, laid in the position of mechanical and thermal stress, as well as the extraordinary insulating power of expanded polystyrene, laid in contact with the supporting element.‎ The panels are available in the Peralit Por V version for use with all types of membranes and Peralit Por S (pre-bitumed), specifically designed for use with bitumen-polymer membranes.‎ They are made up of a 20 or 30 mm Peralit Board panel and a slab of IIP brand sintered expanded polystyrene, with delayed flame propagation in thicknesses varying from 20 to 90 mm.‎ The panels are laminated and battened on all four sides.‎ The pre-bituminised surface treatment facilitates bonding to the waterproof membrane and increases its stability over time.‎ The Peralit board® line consists of environmentally friendly expanded perlite-based thermal insulation panels, plain(PERALIT BOARD®) and laminated battened(PERALIT POR), specially designed for flat roofs, made of different materials, with or without insulation, as a direct support for the laying of waterproofing membranes.‎
