TECLIT® HANGER

Teclit® Hanger is a suspension system designed to support cooling systems installed with the Teclit system.‎ The Teclit Hanger system consists of a rock wool tube, covered on one side with aluminum foil reinforced with mineral fiber mesh (which acts as a vapor barrier), and a metal pipe clamp.‎ The Teclit Hanger is the first element to be installed within the Teclit system for cold applications.‎ It can be installed vertically or horizontally.‎ Carefully follow the supplier's installation instructions.‎ Benefits Wide range of applications for both cold and hot temperatures, with relative humidity up to 80%, a temperature range of 0°C – 250°C, and a minimum temperature of -16°C intermittently for 14 consecutive days.‎ Fire safety with Euroclass A2L-s1,d0.‎ High resistance of the aluminum cladding, both during installation and operation.‎ Vapor barrier function with an Sd value (equivalent air thickness) greater than 1500 m.‎ System durability over the years, with high dimensional stability and maintenance of insulation performance throughout the life of the system.‎ Easy installation with simple and quick installation, without the use of glue.‎ The pipe clamp features a welded nut with a double thread for M8/M10 threaded rods and quick-tightening with a star-head screw for diameters less than 159 mm.‎ It has a welded nut with a double thread for M16/M20 threaded rods and tightening with hex-head bolts for diameters greater than 159 mm.‎ Complete solution with the Teclit System, which includes Teclit PS Cold, Teclit Hanger, Teclit Alutape, and Teclit Flextape.‎ Teclit LM Cold lamellar felt is also available for insulating integrated elements such as valves, pumps, and flanges.‎ The Teclit® System was developed for the insulation of pipes and other heating and cooling elements of technical systems with relative humidity up to 80%, with a temperature range of 0°C - 250°C and a minimum temperature of up to -16°C on an intermittent basis for a duration of 14 consecutive days.‎
