Stameat SKYLIGHT FIX Modular fixed skylight in aluminum and laminated glass

SkyLight Elegance is a fixed aluminium skylight with mullion and transom with low-emissivity insulating glazing, in thermal break or cold version.‎ Single module or continuous strip up to 10 metres.‎ Bringing natural zenithal light into the deepest areas of the roof means restoring living quality to the architectural space: reducing recourse to artificial lighting during daylight hours, enhancing materials and interior finishes with diffused light from above, and generating a perception of spaciousness even in compact volumes or those without side views.‎ SKYLIGHT FIX is a fixed skylight with extruded aluminium mullions and transoms, with low-emissivity insulating glazing and double EPDM sealing barrier, available in thermal break versions for heated rooms and cold versions for technical or non-air-conditioned spaces.‎ The modular system allows single module configurations up to 200×200 cm or continuous ribbon configurations up to 10 metres, with structural dimensioning calibrated to the climatic zone of installation according to NTC 2018.‎ Technical characteristics Supporting structure: profiles in extruded aluminium alloy EN AW-6060/6063, mullion and transom system, available with thermal break (polyamide bars for heated environments) or cold break (monobloc profile for unheated environments).‎ Single module dimensions: W 80-200 cm × D 80-200 cm; frame thickness 12-20 cm.‎ Maximum size variable according to the climatic zone of installation (snow and wind loads according to NTC 2018).‎ Ribbon configuration: continuous multi-module up to 10 metres in length with intermediate supporting beam sized according to the free span and glass stratigraphy adopted.‎ Glazing: low-emission insulating glazing with double or triple glazing depending on the climatic zone; toughened outer glass, laminated inner safety glass in compliance with UNI 7697:2015.‎ Different Uw and Ug thermal transmittance values based on design choices.‎ Installation slope: from 1° (flat configuration, minimum 1-2% runoff) to 15° (sloping configuration), adaptable to the slope of the existing roof pitch.‎ Sealing and drainage system: double barrier with EPDM primary external seal against water and wind and secondary internal seal with drainage channel integrated in the transom, which channels any infiltration outside while keeping the internal structure dry.‎ Fixings: external aluminium perimeter pressers with aesthetic covers; AISI 304 stainless steel anchoring brackets and screws; screw channel integrated in the profile.‎ Finishes: epoxy powder coating with anti-corrosion sea-side treatment and Qualicoat certification, in gloss, matt or wrinkled finish.‎ Standard RALs: 9010, 1013, 9016, 6005, 6021, 7035, 7016, 7037, 8017, 8019, 9006, 9007, 9005, Rust Rusty Brown (Corten effect) and Bronze Painted.‎ Operation: fixed structure, no moving parts; glazing secured by means of aluminium perimeter pressers.‎ Can be seamlessly integrated with Skylight Window modules that can be opened for smoke extraction and natural ventilation.‎ Accessories that can be integrated: internal motorised blackout blinds; pleated filtering blinds; external motorised sun blinds for summer sun screening; external motorised aluminium roller shutters for total blackout; perimeter LED lighting integrated in the frame, warm white or neutral dimmable light.‎ Normative references: design according to UNI EN 14351-1, UNI EN 1991-1-3 and 1991-1-4 (snow and wind loads), NTC 2018, UNI EN ISO 10077 (thermal transmittance), UNI 7697:2015 (glazing safety), EU Delegated Regulation 2019/1342 (air permeability).‎ Glass and aluminium components with individual CE marking.‎ Applications Tertiary management: continuous zenithal lighting in lobbies, offices and showrooms.‎ High-quality residential: double-height living areas, interior patios and main staircase roofs in architectural renovations.‎ Commercial and retail buildings: galleries, concept stores and showrooms with diffuse natural light on sales areas.‎ Public and institutional buildings: atriums of schools, museums, sports and health centres with continuous glazed roofing.‎
