The MaintPRO software is the tool needed to draw up the maintenance plan for both a public work and the structural part of the work to be realised according to the dictates of the new NTC 2008 art.‎ 38 of Presidential Decree 207/2010.‎ "The Maintenance Plan is the complementary document to the executive project that foresees, plans and schedules, taking into account the executive design drawings actually carried out, the maintenance activity of the intervention in order to maintain its functionality, quality characteristics, efficiency and economic value over time".‎With this definition, the Implementing Regulation(Presidential Decree 207/2010) of the 'Public Contracts Code' (Legislative Decree 163/2006, repealed by Legislative Decree No.‎ 50/2016), introduced the new tool that is now an integral part of the executive projects of public works.‎ Precisely to address this issue, theSTS, a leading company in the production of construction software, has created the programmeMaintPROfor the drafting of maintenance plans in compliance with Article 38 of Presidential Decree 207/2010.‎ Furthermore, in compliance with the prescriptions of the Technical Standards for Construction(Ministerial Decree of 17 January 2018 and Explanatory Circular No.‎ 7, 21 January 2019), together with the design documents, the "Maintenance Plan of the structural part of the work" must be filed with the Civil Engineer.‎ MaintPROallows the drafting of the Maintenance Plan of the structural part of the work to be carried out according to the dictates of the new NTC 2018.‎ Drafting in the Maintenance Plan of the work with the MaintPRO programme of the: - End of life plan listing all materials, building components and prefabricated elements that can later be reused or recycled - Management and irrigation plan for green areas referred to in point "2.‎4.‎13 Maintenance plan of the work" of the DECREE of 23 June 2022.‎ "Minimum environmental criteria for the entrusting of design services for building interventions, for the entrusting of works for building interventions and for the joint entrusting of design and works for building interventions" .‎
