TSP MARC 3 - Сварочный аппарат
The most effective and economical process for welding hollow cylindrical parts. A watertight weld is achieved around the entire circumference. Integrated process for welding quality control. Welding time: approx. 800 msec. for 30 mm diameter; Welding range: from a minimum diameter of 6 mm to a maximum diameter of 30 mm and internal thread from M4 to M18; Weldable materials: high-alloy steels, iron; Welding frequency: diameter-dependent: 12 pieces per minute (for 28 mm diameter 2 to 4 pieces per minute).
Applications
- The most innovative process for hermetically sealed welding of bushings.
- Can be used for almost any application in the metal industry: the very low heat input avoids any distortion of the sheet metal and a perfect weld is achieved with a high capacity load.
- The most effective and economical process for welding hollow cylindrical parts.
- Sealed and closed weld in every part
- The requirements for welding are manifold, from simple static strength to the required dynamic gas connections, high temperature and pressure.
- Austenitic steel (1.4301 and similar), low-alloy steels (RSt 37-2 / S 235J2G3)
- High productivity combined with low production costs
- No additional welding elements or rework required
- Programmable welding head
Process variants
- Welding of bushings with magnetic rotating arc
Advantages
Features
- Welding head with linear motor
- Integrated process control for quality assurance
- PC control
- Welding time approx. 800 msec with dia. 30 mm
Construction
- High performance, extremely user-friendly, robust, reliable
Welding
- CNC control
- Minimum sheet thickness 1 mm, maximum sheet thickness 4 mm
- Minimum bushing thickness in weldable section of 1 mm

Description
- Low energy consumption
- Constant and minimal heat input (low distortion)
- Very short welding time (≤ 1 second) and consequently fast time in production
- No additional welding consumables required
- Minimal re-welding force
- Small, constant weld mark
- Only one-sided access to the workpiece required
- Low investment costs in machine technology
- Extremely clean process (minimum development of air particles)
- No reworking of sheet metal or weld element (fillet) required
