Successioni e Volture is the software, developed by Analist Group, that allows you to create, verify, and submit Telematic Successions without the need to start the Telematic Desktop, and to export Catastal Transfers.‎ Successioni e Volture allows you to produce and verify the .‎xml files needed for telematic submission of successions without using the Telematic Desktop.‎ The software also enables easy and fast viewing and downloading of Entratel receipts from the Revenue Agency.‎ With Successioni e Volture, you can prepare and export Catastal Transfer requests using the Voltura 2.‎0 - Telematica procedure.‎ Successioni e Volture is updated to the new Legal Interest Rate of 2.‎5%.‎ It also allows importing properties from cadastral records in the new SIT (Integrated Territory System) format.‎ The software is prepared for changes to the Model and Instructions for Succession Declarations defined by the Revenue Agency's Measure of November 8, 2023, which eliminated the ES Framework.‎ It aligns with the Control Model 2.‎1.‎1 of January 23, 2024, concerning the Municipality Archive Update.‎ With Successioni e Volture, you can convert a receipt downloaded from the Revenue Agency portal into a .‎pdf file with a single click.‎ Successioni e Volture also allows importing files for succession application that have already been checked by the Revenue Agency's software or other applications to facilitate Authentication and Telematic Submission.‎ Additionally, with Successioni e Volture, you can plan your work to avoid any type of error.‎ Using Todo, the internal To-Do List of the software, users can organize tasks for correct succession declaration compilation.‎ This advantage lies in having a checklist of tasks to mark as completed, defining and streamlining the workflow to enable everyone to be immediately ready to manage Telematic Successions and Catastal Transfers.‎
