TermiPlan is the software used for drafting APE, AQE and reports as per the Italian Legislative Decree No.‎ 10.‎ It allows for the verification of building energy performance, which is necessary to benefit from tax incentives in the construction sector, and it is fully compliant with the 2024 Budget Law.‎ TermiPlan adheres to UNI/TS 11300 regulations for assessing building energy performance and is certified by the Italian Thermal Technical Committee.‎ One of TermiPlan's key features is Manual Tabular Input, which allows users to input building characteristics without the need to create a complete architectural design.‎ Simply entering measurements of elements like walls, windows, doors, and floors is sufficient.‎ The software calculates the thermal flux and linear transmittance of thermal bridges, both geometric and structural, using Finite Element Analysis.‎ It displays temperature distributions and assesses the risk of mold formation.‎ For window thermal bridges, TermiPlan allows users to choose between internal or external slab insertion.‎ TermiPlan exports the Energy Performance Certificate in XML format, in both reduced and extended versions, compliant with regional documentation presentation requirements.‎ Among its functionalities, TermiPlan generates documents like the Technical Report of the Terrain with information on the boundary between the floor and ground, the Structure File, and the Mandatory Inspection Report related to the property's condition.‎ It suggests improvement interventions to enhance building energy performance, such as thermal insulation or replacing the heat generator with a heat pump.‎ Additionally, it allows importing drawings of any format for autonomous creation of floor plans through integrated 3D CAD.‎
